Upload the broker's PDF or a photo of it. Customer, load number, rate, fuel, every pickup and delivery with dates and appointment times. New shippers and receivers go straight into your address book. You check it and click save.
Drivers see only their own trips for today and tomorrow. One tap to navigate, one tap when they arrive and leave, so you have detention times without a phone call. They photograph the signed BOL and the load moves to Delivered w/BOL by itself.
Invoices pull the load, accessorials, and your remit or factoring details. Send them by email with the BOL and rate con attached. A/R aging shows who owes you and for how long, by invoice date or by due date.
Pick the driver and the week; their trips are waiting. Owner-operators are paid the load total minus your cut, worked out for you. Fuel receipts with gallons and state feed the IFTA worksheet, and the miles come split by state from the actual route.
